TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Net 30 accounts: A credit application must be filled and returned
to us for processing as soon as possible. We required at least
7 business days to verefied all the information provided. Our
credit department will process the application and notify you
in writing the date the appliacation was approved and the total
of credit extended. For other terms and conditions please contact

Credit Card Accounts: Accounts can be open using a credit card.
Customer must provide name as it appears on the credit card
and the last 3 digits found on the back of the credit card for
security purposes.
C.O.D. accounts: C.O.D. accounts have no limit as far as dollar
amount, but take into account that if your order requires any
form of delivery option other than UPS or Fedex Ground we are
require to charge 8% additional to cover the C.O.D. charges
impossed by all trucking companies. This charge is only to C.O.D.
shipments that required the use of a transportation company
other than UPS or Fedex ground. We have no control over this
charge and advise all of our C.O.D. paying customers to apply
for credit or pay with a credit card to avoid the C.O.D. charges.
Please contact your sales representative for more information
regarding this fee if you feel you will be affected or have
been affected by it.
Free Freight Policy: Aggressive freight policies are offered
to facilitate our customers. Please refer to the table below
to see if your order qualifies for free freight under our $900.00
dollars per order condition:

Price List: Price lists will be provided once your company
has reqistered with our sales department on online at www.hardwareconcepts.com
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Minumum orders: HCI has a $30.00 minimum order fee. Any order
less than $30.00 will carry a $8.50 handling fee.
Product Returns: Merchandise may not be returned without written
permission. Please contact your sales rep or our customer support
team at 866-685-1101 ext. 230 for more information. Products
returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Discrepancies: Discrepancies in prices, delivery fees and product
quantities will not be honored after 45 days from the invoice
date.
Damage goods: HCI is not responsible for damage incurred during
shipping. However we will help you with any documentation or
paper work if you must file a claim with the shpping company.
Please make sure to check the box/packaging conditions when
accepting any deliveries. If you receive product that you feel
was damaged during shipping, file a claim immediately with the
shipping company. If you need help with this process, HCI we
will be more than happy to assist you. Just call our toll free
number and ask for a customer service representative. Goods
that cannot be used because of craftmanship or any other damaged
not caused by the shipping company will be accepted back and
replaced without any restocking fee penalties.
